Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Create orders in VIP for Daily Billing Customers.

  • Maintain Pepsi ConBill web site and ensure all issues are addressed.

  • Upload the Pepsi NY pricing files supplied by the sales team weekly or as needed.

  • Maintain all products in Cross Apps.

  • Maintain product status for the Honickman enterprise warehouses in VIP.

  • Maintain the NY authorization matrix in VIP.

  • OP orders entry for Good'O, Coco Rico and Pepsi Recoveries.

  • Send out via email the Excel open item statements for the weekly billed accounts.

  • Mail out monthly via USPS the PCNY statements.

  • Notify branches of new accounts and any status changes in existing accounts via email.

  • Verify all NY State resales against the NY Gov web site.

  • Maintain all customers credit and information files on the G drive and in the file room.

  • Must notify any sales representatives who has turned in an incomplete maintenance and resale certificates of the errors.

  • Must always maintain a professional attitude when dealing with customers as well as fellow employees.

  • Maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Assure that performance of all work-related activities will eliminate/minimize personal injury and damage to Company property. Safety is an integral part of each job, and each employee is responsible for safety as part of their job performance.




Compensation Range:



This role is targeting $16 to $19.23 hourly.
