Physical Therapist (PT) - Hemet Hills at Hemet Hills Post Acute in Hemet, California

Hemet Hills Post Acute is a newly acquired skilled nursing facility located in Hemet, CA! With 178 beds, servicing both short- and long-term patients; we are looking for the best nurses and staff to join our team. Pay: From $52-56/per hour DOE

Duties:

• Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms and review their medical history and referrals from doctors or surgeons

• Diagnose movement dysfunction by listening to patients and observing them as they move about

• Develop an individualized treatment plan

• Coach patients and teach them therapeutic exercises and stretches to improve their condition

• Use hands-on therapy such as massage to ease patients' pain and provide stimulation to promote healing

• Maintain patient records by keeping track of goals and progress while adapting treatment plans accordingly

• Advise patients and their families on in-home treatment options and what to expect from the recovery process

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program


• Experience in providing appropriate care in post-acute or long-term care environment (preferred)


• Current, unencumbered, active CA Physical Therapy License (required)


• CPR (as requested)


• COVID Vaccine Required or Valid Exemption.
