Job Description:


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Jacksonville, FL that is seeking a Helpdesk Technician - Talkdesk.

In this role, the Helpdesk Technician will meet with the current Talkdesk team for an overview and basic information gathering surrounding current deployment and frequently reported issues and resolution. They will then be assigned to the actual Helpdesk area and assist in supporting Talkdesk troubleshooting, and dispersing skills and knowledge through other helpdesk professionals. The Helpdesk Technician will report to either the Helpdesk supervisor or manager. This position will be on premise at the corporate office.




REQUIREMENTS:



  • Professional listening skills

  • Familiar with documentation standards

  • Previous active call center experience

  • Previous Helpdesk experience

  • Hands on experience with either Talkdesk or Five9

  • Ability to troubleshoot Talkdesk or Five9

  • Basic Windows 10/11 technology troubleshooting (Networking, headset, microphone)






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
