We're looking for a Customer Experience Representative for a 3-6-month contract. This may turn into a temp - hire opportunity. The Customer Experience Representative will handle day-to-day issues and interactions with customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Act as liaison between production, internal and external customers and sales staff by providing timely and accurate information to all.

H ours: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, Mon - Thurs, and 8:00 am - 12 noon on Friday.

What you'll do at Tosoh Quartz.

• Provide ongoing support to the customer contacts, and Tosoh Sales, Warehouse and Planning teams.
• Track "build and ship" to our UK facility.
• Enter, maintain, and audit all sales and customer data in the CRM.
• Review customer purchase orders to verify pricing, part number, revision level, quantity, and shipping method and any other pertinent information, enter and monitor sales order progress from placement to delivery.
• Track and record sales order status, shipping dates, availability and back orders for customers, as requested.
• Manage customer consignment, by tracking inventory levels and prioritizing customer requests.

Who you are.

Minimum requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, and experience working in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Excellent critical thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to learn and retain new information/skills and put it into practice.

• Ability to write basic formulas in Excel.
• Experience in the semiconductor supply industry or manufacturing.
• Previous experience in a sales organization.
