• Working with suppliers/customers on managing end to end supply chain


• Document process documentation and standard methodologies


• Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities


• Ensure SLA adherence and queue management expectations are met


• Work with team to resolve root causes of issues and other operations challenges


• Nurture and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders

• High School diploma or GED equivalent


• Minimum two years of experience related to the job description

• Should have experience in supply chain management


• Experience of buying, supply chain planning, pricing, quoting etc.


• Should have strong excel knowledge and working knowledge of MS office


• Problem solving skills


• Flexible to put additional hours in during month end/quarter end which includes weekend support


• SLA adherence and queue management skills are required
