Job Description:

A popular consumer products company located in the South Bay is looking for an Accounts Payable (A/P) Supervisor. Reporting to the Controller, the Accounts Payable (A/P) Supervisor will be responsible for handling high-volume, full-cycle accounts payable transactions. Overseeing a small team, duties include processing weekly invoices, preparing weekly check runs, matching and coding payments, account reconciliation, processing credit card applications, and filing all notices. The Accounts Payable (A/P) Supervisor must also respond promptly to vendor inquiries, lead any process improvement initiatives, as well as assist with month-end and audit procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline is extremely preferred.


• At least three years of high-volume accounts payable (A/P) management experience.


• Management of an international team is a plus.


• Very good MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, etc.) skills are important. Knowledge of NetSuite is preferred.


• Excellent problem-solving skills are also required.


• Must have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment is essential.


• Multi-tasking skills are critical.


• $72 - 80k + bonus!
