Job Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Manage daily customer communications (inbound and outbound calls/emails) in a professional, warm and friendly manner.

  • Ability to listen to and answer customer inquiries with a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

  • Ability to work in coordination with Operations, Sales, and Accounting to effectively manage customer needs and company goals.

  • Capable of learning, explaining and applying a variety of company concepts, practices, and procedures.

  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.


  • Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, vendors and others in a courteous and professional manner.


  • Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:


  • Excellent organizational skill coupled with judgement & decision making abilities

  • Able to prioritize and manage time.


  • Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, Outlook.

  • Positive, Professional, Responsible, Team player.


  • Excellent oral and written Communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, high energy and strong work ethic.

  • Collaborative, good listener and learner, respecting the roles other team mates and superiors play within the company.

  • Ability to exceed goals, exhibit a sense of urgency and possess a continuous improvement mentality.

  • Resolving and troubleshooting customer issues.

  • Collaborating with other departments and sets of company teams.

  • Identifying “at risk” customers.

  • Building and maintaining relationships

  • Professional appearance and demeanor with good presentation skills.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:


  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

  • Two (2) years of experience dealing with customer accounts and providing customer service.

  • Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Experience utilizing CRM Software (Highly Preferred).

  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
