Basic Job Functions:



Nucor Steel Seattle, Inc. is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Engineering Supervisor. This position has leadership responsibilities in the areas of safety, reliability, team development, cost-driven asset management, project coordination, and management. The selected candidate will also be responsible for the development and execution of reliability-based maintenance programs to ensure optimum performance of equipment to plant operations in multiple applications.


Pay Grade 30-34 $130,780 - $158,964


Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.




Minimum Qualifications:



Previous direct leadership experience minimum 3 years


Previous engineering or maintenance experience minimum 5 years




Preferred Qualifications:



1. Prior Steel mill, related industry, or related military experience.
2. 4 year Engineering or Technical degree.
3. Prior Construction project experience.
