HVAC Salesmen Bill’s Superheat, located in Kalispell, MT, has been a trusted HVAC and indoor air quality service provider for the Flathead Valley for more than two decades. Our company is locally owned, family oriented and founded upon excellent values.

We are looking for a long-term HVAC Salesperson to join our team. We prefer our team member to have: 2+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets Experience in the HVAC industry, with a strong understanding of equipment and systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong closing skills and an ability to work independently while effectively managing time. Ability to build strong, lasting relationships with customers. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening as well as have a clean driving record. We will offer a base salary (DOE), plus commission.
