Your New Role


As an Estimator, you will be responsible for developing accurate cost estimates for various construction projects. You will analyze project plans, determine the cost-effectiveness of proposed building materials, and prepare bid packages. You will also coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring that all project components are delivered on time and within budget. Our Senior Estimators are creative, driven, and dedicated to our clients and partners, ensuring a quality project is delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.


What You'll Need to Succeed

• 5+ years in commercial construction.


• Previous multifamily property experience is required.


• Possess an OSHA 30 certification.


• Proficient in estimating software.


• Working knowledge of BIM processes, software, and tools.
