One of the largest Firms in Florida is looking to bring on a new Senior Payroll Analyst for their dynamic team. Looking for someone who shares their high drive and ambition. Multiple offices all over the United States and the globe!


Your new role


You will be responsible for calculating and processing complex payrolls for multiple pay groups, preparing payroll journal entries to the GL, reconciling accounts, looking into complex issues, preparing analysis for 401k accounts, ensuring accuracy of all payroll data, preparing quarterly tax reconciliations, resolving any federal or state tax statements, and assist with any other special projects as needed.


What you'll need to succeed


6 years of payroll experience, FPC and CPP preferred, Bachelors degree in accounting or finance, strong knowledge of payroll taxes and laws, WorkDay experience is required, experience in the legal industry a plus, and strong knowledge of Excel.
