Our client have been established for 30+ years based in MD & VA, dedicated to acquisitions, asset management, development, construction management and more. All projects are local to the DMV area with a healthy pipeline of interiors focused work.



Your new role


They're looking for a Superintendent to join their VA-based team, starting with 2 interior projects in the Fairfax County area, each 20,000 - 25,000 sq ft. Projects in this area are all interiors focused, mainly within the office and retail space. You'll be working with the support of a Sr Project Manager and Operations Manager.



What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years experience with a General Contractor
  
  


• Experience running your own projects is preferred
  
  


• Interiors construction knowledge
  
  


• OSHA 30 & First Aid/CPR is preferred
