Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial construction. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, coordination, budgeting, and overseeing project execution. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.


Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.


• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.


• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budget.


• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs.


• Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.


• Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts that may arise.


• Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders.


• Maintain accurate project records, including project logs, reports, and correspondence.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction.


• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.


• Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and processes.


• Proficiency in construction software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or Primavera P6.


• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
