How you will make contributions that matter...


Responsible for guiding new team members throughout first 90 days to ensure individuals have a successful onboarding experience


Active participation in interview and selection process


Review incident reports and assist with corrective actions


Fulfill role as the main point of contact for new team members for questions, concerns, feedback


Provide new team members with answers to questions, connection to subject matter experts, direction on frequently asked topics


Serve as a liaison for feedback to Plant Manager, HR Manager, and other staff members for continuous improvement of policies & processes


Coach new team members on behaviors and actions to best assimilate into Saputo culture


Provide direction to new team members on where to find information needed for training, employment-related topics, policies & procedures


Contribute to the organization, development and execution of onboarding programs to ensure they address new team member needs


Evaluate and recommend materials, methodology, and technology to enhance the assimilation of new team members


Establish and maintain relationships with external network to gather best practices for employee engagement and bring those best practices to internal stakeholders for evaluation and consideration


Cooperates in a cross-functional manner as a change agent with all departments within the site

High school diploma or equivalent, or 3 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment


Team player, positive, enthusiastic, approachable, detail oriented, and organized


Strong critical thinking skills, adept at interpreting behavior


Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.


Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate trustworthy behavior


Ability to prioritize competing tasks, in a fast-paced environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.


Ability to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays.

Salary range $50,675-$76,015
