3 Sons Bar-B-Q is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Pitmaster to join our team in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. As an Assistant Pitmaster, you will work under the supervision of the Pitmaster and be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of meats, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the quality and consistency of our smoked meats.
