Adams & Martin Group is assisting a law firm where high-quality estate planning, tax and fiduciary advisory services and impeccable responsiveness are provided to clients. They are seeking a Paralegal on a temporary basis with potential for full-time hire. 100% onsite in the firm's Brentwood, Missouri office. Pay depends on experience. Benefits are available for permanent hires.

Skills & Background Required:
Undergraduate or associate studies transcript with strong GPA required
Undergraduate degree or paralegal certification preferred
Strong academic record, with emphasis on writing
Training in taxation, property law and/or estate planning required
Exceptional communication skills with proficiency in writing and communicating in fluent English; ability to compose documents and emails in appropriate business style using correct grammar and spelling; ability to communicate clearly using proper grammar and diction; proficiency in detailed proof-reading
Organizational and analytical skills, and ability to establish priorities
Previous experience working in a busy office environment
Knowledge of GEMS, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Acrobat

To perform the essential functions of the position, you must be able to be both mobile and stationary throughout the workday, have the ability to lift 20 pounds, have a valid driver license and operating vehicle, and be able to operate a computer and other equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage trust and estate administration project lists
• Prepare estate tax and gift tax returns
• Organize electronic materials and maintain client files pursuant to systems and procedures
Keep team members informed on a consistent basis of new or changing issues.
Drafting of estate planning documents and correspondence
Tax coordination and review
Trust and estate administration and related Court filings
