JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for administrative support activities for the job site.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Assist with employee onboarding process
- Administer training videos to employees for onboarding compliance
- Submitting employee timecards to payroll
- Ownership of administrative support activities
- Directly assist project management department, and safety department with administrative duties
- Assist with computer troubleshooting during onboarding process
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Efficient with a Computer
- (Bi-Lingual Preferred)

Experience:
Preferred:
- Previous office assistant/secretary experience
- Construction industry experience
