Job Description:

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate with a focus on receiving and shipping all the products that pass through our facility in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have experience with shipping, receiving and stocking products. This role demands attention to detail, organizational skills, the ability to think on your feet and the ability to maintain an efficient and safe warehouse environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Receive/open incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of goods received against vendor packing slips.
• Enter quantities received into our inventory software, P21, using the vendor packing slips, matching the information to internal TMMI PO numbers
• Inspect products for damage and report any damages/quantity discrepancies direct to Vendors while informing the Operations Manager.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment using P21 generated Pick Tickets.
• Prepare shipping documents, labels, and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software, Microsoft products.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) and stand for long periods.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to think on your feet and outside of the box when necessary

• The role requires on-site presence in the office / warehouse, adhering to regular hours (8 am to 5 pm).
• Candidates must be located in Colorado and able to work from the designated office location in Wheat Ridge, CO.
• Consistently opening boxes, counting products, and use of computer daily.
• Regular use of a keyboard and mouse.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Occasional stair climbing may be required.

• Location: Wheat Ridge, Colorado office.
• Workdays: Monday through Friday.
