Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic operations team. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the innovation, sales, and production teams by organizing and managing tasks related to client development.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage RFP Process: Lead and coordinate the entire lifecycle of client RFPs, from initial request to submission, ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met.
Technical Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the sales team and internal technical teams (e.g., R&D, engineering) to gather technical specifications and data necessary responses.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling and technically accurate proposals that address client needs and align with company capabilities.
Resource Coordination: Coordinate resources and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of proposal components, including technical content, pricing, and project timelines.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of proposals to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to client requirements and company standards.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of RFP activities, including documentation of proposal content, client interactions, and outcomes. Provide regular status updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency, quality, and responsiveness to client needs.
Customer Relationship Management: Support the sales team in maintaining positive client relationships by ensuring timely and professional communication throughout the RFP process.
Qualifications:
4 Year Degree and experience in Project Management, Business Operations, or similar roles
Strong understanding of RFP processes and experience managing complex proposals.
Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully coordinating cross-functional teams and meeting deadlines.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Airtable, Asana, or similar).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
