Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts and ensure the highest standards of excellence in our manufacturing processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to managing quality systems, leading a team, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Quality Initiatives: Oversee the Quality team in developing and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions to enhance systems and processes.
Analyze Data Trends: Review quality data to identify root causes of defects and drive improvements.
Develop and Deliver Training: Create training programs and conduct sessions on key quality standards, including First Article Inspection Reports.
Quality Assurance Oversight: Plan, develop, and manage quality assurance policies and programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Product and Process Testing: Direct testing procedures to ensure materials, parts, and products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Standards Development: Create, implement, and update quality standards, tools, and methods.
Supplier Management: Conduct audits and assess supplier performance to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Inspection Proficiency: Maintain expertise in electronics inspection techniques and processes.
Customer and Supplier Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for all quality-related issues with customers and suppliers.

Management & Leadership Focus:
Subject Matter Expertise: Be the expert on quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Team Management: Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing Quality team.
System Improvement: Ensure maintenance and enhancement of quality systems and structures.
Director Participation: Contribute to high-level management meetings and strategic discussions.
LEAN and 5S Integration: Collaborate with lean management to implement continuous improvement methodologies.
Talent Development: Work with HR to provide actionable feedback and support professional growth.
Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training focused on leadership and management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing or similar environment.
Strong understanding of quality assurance standards, including relevant industry certifications.
Excellent analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.

Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
