This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished Corporate Attorney to take their career to the next level and contribute to the success of a prominent law firm.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a variety of corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings.
Provide counsel to boards and special committees on complex corporate governance and transactional matters.
Advise start-ups and established companies on operational legal issues and strategic planning.
Collaborate with industry-specific experts within the firm to address sector-specific legal challenges, leveraging the firm's extensive resources in offices across the West Coast and beyond.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Qualified Corporate Attorney Partner at a mid-large law firm in CA
Experience in corporate law, with a strong focus on M&A and corporate finance.
Proven track record of managing complex transactions and providing strategic legal advice.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and across various practice areas.
Strong client development and relationship-building skills.
