We are seeking a Manufacturing Systems Business Analyst/Project Manager with an understanding of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) processes, shop floor connectivity, and OSI PI systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for manufacturing systems.
Build comprehensive process maps to visualize and optimize manufacturing workflows.
Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver manufacturing system enhancements and new implementations.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Present solutions and project outcomes to senior management
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on business analysis, project management or process management.
Strong understanding of MES processes and shop floor connectivity.
Experience with OSI PI processes or previous implementation experience is highly desirable
Proficient in manufacturing software and systems (e.g., ERP, MES, PLM).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to build and present process maps and solutions to senior management.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
