We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team and oversee the onboarding process for new clients.

Position Overview

As a Project Manager for Client Onboarding, you will play a critical role in guiding new clients through the onboarding journey with our medical technology solutions. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients. Your expertise will help drive successful implementations and foster long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, from initial engagement through to successful implementation and go-live.
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed onboarding project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure all project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase. Communicate project status, address concerns, and manage expectations effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, customer support, and IT, to ensure all client requirements are met and any potential issues are addressed promptly.
  • Client Training and Support: Coordinate and facilitate client training sessions on the use of our medical technology solutions. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure clients are fully equipped to utilize our products effectively. This may require travel when the CSE requires additional training support.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks or challenges during the onboarding process and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, client communications, training materials, and progress reports.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance the onboarding experience.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a strong track record in managing client onboarding or implementation projects, preferably in the medical technology or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with medical technology products and their applications is advantageous.
  • Ability to problem-solve and think critically to overcome obstacles and deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
