They are looking to hire a Process Integrated Lead for a confidential mega project in Byhalia, MS.
You do not need to be based in this location as this can be a traveling role with per diem available.
You will be responsible for overseeing the integration and coordination of various processes and systems across the project. The Process Integrated Lead focuses on optimizing project workflows, enhancing collaboration among different teams, and ensuring seamless integration of new technologies and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Integration and Coordination: Develop and implement strategies for integrating various construction processes, such as design, procurement, scheduling, construction, and quality control, to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
Workflow Optimization: Analyze existing construction processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Technology and Systems Integration: Oversee the integration of new technologies, such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), project management software, and other digital tools, to enhance collaboration and streamline project workflows.
Quality and Compliance Management: Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure all construction activities meet project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Risk Management and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with process integration and workflow optimization, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of integrated processes and workflows.
