Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide assistance and support to customers in English and French regarding product inquiries, order status, billing questions, and other inquiries.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email using Outlook or similar email platforms.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Meet or exceed performance goals including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and French (verbal and written) is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred.
- Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications (MS Office, Outlook).
