Job Description:
Engauge is recruiting for an experienced manufacturing engineer for our client in Waukesha County, WI .

Target Pay: $90K-$115K
What I am looking for:
- Bachelor's in Engineering - Required
- 3+ years as a manufacturing engineer preferably in a assembly setting
- Proficient with ERP systems- Epicore a plus
- Proficient in LEAN principles
- previous experience leading Kaizen Events
What you will do ( among other things)
- Track Metrics
- Analyze reports
- Implement Lean Principles
- Develop floor layouts
- work with suppliers and supply chain
- Audits
- provide shop floor support
- create new processes
- corrective actions
