Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, developments, debt and equity financing, leasing, and dispositions across various property types such as office, industrial, student housing, retail, mixed-use, resort and hospitality, multifamily, and single-family residential.
Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on all aspects of real estate deals, ensuring that transactions are structured to meet client goals while mitigating potential risks.
Collaborate with clients throughout every step of the real estate transaction process, from initial negotiations to closing, ensuring that their interests are effectively represented.
Leverage your expertise in sub-markets such as healthcare and renewable energy to expand our practice's reach and capabilities.
Represent the firm and their clients in high-profile transactions, ensuring the continued success and growth of the Real Estate practice.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida.
Extensive experience in real estate law, with a proven track record of handling complex transactions across various property types and sub-markets.
Strong business development skills, with the ability to generate new client relationships and expand existing ones.
A deep understanding of the Miami real estate market and a strong network within the industry.
