Position Overview:

The Customer Success Specialist will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer inquiries, and supporting various cross-functional teams within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain logistics and experience in customer service.

  • On-site in Mooresville

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle 30+ customer inquiries daily via phone and email, including receiving orders, entering them into the system, managing scorecards, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Address and resolve customer issues efficiently, maintaining a high level of service quality.
  • Assist with office management responsibilities including ordering supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a productive workspace.

Requirements:
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge and experience within the supply chain industry
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
