Handle 30+ customer inquiries daily via phone and email, including receiving orders, entering them into the system, managing scorecards, and troubleshooting issues.
Address and resolve customer issues efficiently, maintaining a high level of service quality.
Assist with office management responsibilities including ordering supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a productive workspace.
