We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to drive our influencer initiatives and campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies that increase brand awareness and sales through influencer partnerships.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and sales.
Establish and maintain systems to monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Create a balanced approach between paid collaborations and gifting programs.
Identify and target the right market niches for influencer partnerships.
Align evergreen content with new product launches and seasonal trends.
Source and manage relationships with influencers and content creators to maximize campaign impact.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing or related field.
Strong analytical skills for tracking and optimizing campaigns.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers/creators.
Creative thinking with a focus on results.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
