Shift: 2nd shift position, normal hours are Monday - Thursday, 3:30PM to 2:00AM, with Friday overtime scheduled as needed.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Load, operate, and unload presses to produce rubber products consistent with product specifications while maintaining production and quality standards and controlling waste.
Will work in other departments and in other capacities as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Load raw materials into press as indicated by pressroom instructions.
Monitor press operation and cycle times to meet operating specifications for each product.
Unload product from press and remove trim.
Inspect product for defects and report deficiencies to leader.
Maintain a clean and organized work area disposing of waste and trash.
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area paying attention to foreign material that could contaminate product.
Maintain accurate production and quality records.
Observe all safety standards and environmental procedures.
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. on a frequent basis, 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis, over 50 lbs. on rare basis, steel toe shoes
