Responsibilities
Perform, lead and oversee project cost estimating
Continue to develop and refine historical cost data
Coordinate with PM/PE team to assist with estimate reviews and submissions
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to prepare accurate estimates
Assist in continuing to develop DPG's estimating SOPs
Obtain and maintain at least one high score on Big Buck Hunter
Throw a consistent kill shot
Qualifications
5+ years of experience estimating projects for a Commercial General Contractor as an Estimator.
Strong organizational and project management skills
A comprehensive understanding of construction plans and specifications
Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
Strong math and analytical skills
A thorough understanding of Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project
Willingness to play Big Buck Hunter when asked
Compensation
Competitive Salary $100,000 - $130,000 depending on experience and skill
