La Palmilla Texas is a newly constructed luxury boutique hotel and resort located in Glen Rose, TX, approximately 45 minutes southwest of the DFW Metroplex. Our hotel offers a unique and immersive experience for guests, combining exceptional service with a scenic and relaxing environment. We operate contactless, meaning there is no physical front desk.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, including managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of service quality. The General Manager will also be responsible for all online systems (property management system, technology integration, channel management, revenue management), strategic planning, budgeting, and marketing efforts. Role includes a personal trained full time virtual assistant.
Qualifications
Experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in hotel management (2 year min)
Experience with Property Management Systems, Channel Management, Revenue Management. (2 year min)
Strong leadership and management skills
Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in hotel management software and systems
Understanding of marketing and sales strategies
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field encouraged, but not required with applicable experience.
