As a Call Center Banker, you will be responsible for connecting clients with a variety of financial solutions to help them achieve their goals. Your duties will involve balancing customer service requests with sales opportunities, offering expert advice, and recommending tailored banking products based on each client's needs.
Responsibilities:
Build and strengthen relationships with clients by identifying their financial needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
Provide customized solutions in response to customer inquiries.
Sell and manage a variety of banking products, including checking and savings accounts, credit cards, Certificates of Deposit (CDs), Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs), and loans.
Identify opportunities for additional sales functions and make referrals to relevant team members.
Provide rate, term, and program information for various banking solutions.
Effectively manage risk in each transaction by leveraging available tools.
