CES/AWS is currently seeking a Raw Material and Quality Supervisor for an Industrial Manufacturing client in Pulaski, TN.

Schedule: Full Time/On-site
Compensation: $60k-$70k DOE
Direct Hire position
Responsibilities:
Manage the use of raw materials in the most cost-effective way utilizing a least cost charge program 'Vulcan'.
Coordinates the usage of raw materials, parts, and finished products between the source and final destination.
Monitors material requirements and communicates with purchasing, production, sales, and warehouses.
Prepare and execute quality control activities, including tests and evaluations. Analyze and interpret the results of these activities.
Report and analyze non-conformities with raw materials, make recommendations and execute corrective actions as defined by Technical Management.
Manage the daily quality control operations by ensuring that control processes, testing systems, and audit/review systems deliver desired KPIs.
Making sure data is gathered to properly identify problems and determine the root cause of issues.
Using benchmarking, identify areas for continuous improvement.
Supervise and manage assigned team(s) day-to-day operations, develop and implement an operational plan and objectives for the Spectrometer Lab within established guidelines and policies, and realize the agreed-upon objectives and targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience in quality, raw material, or related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of manufacturing industry experience.
Solid background in manufacturing quality and raw materials.
Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
