Overview:
This client is an industry-leading stem cell research company focused on advancing stem cell biology technologies into therapeutic applications.
In this role, you'll be working with a dynamic research team to explore the properties and behavior of stem cells, including pluripotent and multipotent stem cells. This role will give you an opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research, helping to make a meaningful impact on human health.
Schedule: Mon-Fri day shift
Responsibilities:
Design and conduct experiments to explore the properties and behavior of stem cells.
Develop and optimize protocols for the isolation, culture, and differentiation of stem cells.
Investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying stem cell self-renewal, differentiation, and reprogramming.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate the therapeutic potential of stem cell-based approaches for various diseases and conditions.
Analyze and interpret experimental data using advanced techniques and bioinformatics tools.
Stay abreast of the latest scientific literature and technological advancements in stem cell research.
Contribute to the preparation of research proposals, publications, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures, results, and analyses in accordance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Master's or equivalent degree in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
Experience with human adipose derived Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) required.
Strong background in Cell & Gene Therapy translational sciences.
Proven expertise in stem cell culture techniques, including mesenchymal stem cells
Knowledge of embryonic stem cells (ESCs) is required.
Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques such as PCR, qRT-PCR, Western blotting, and immunostaining required.
Flow cytometry and or FACS required.
Strong background in cell culturing, signaling, growth, and differentiation pathways. Cell culture image analysis.
Prior experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in data analysis using statistical software and bioinformatics tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Demonstrated track record of scientific productivity, including publications in peer-reviewed journals and conference presentations.
