Job Description:
Role: Direct and oversee the production activities of 70 workers in manufacturing dock levelers and restraints.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor quality assurance plans.
- Direct supervisors to ensure adherence to production and quality control standards.
- Address and resolve quality issues.
- Plan and coordinate daily work activities to meet production schedules.
- Manage resources to maintain manufacturing efficiency.
- Communicate daily progress and adjust schedules to meet goals.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment.
- Identify and plan for worker training.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Set and communicate production goals to the workforce.
- Evaluate and develop supervisor capabilities through training and feedback.
