PE Management Group is searching for an exceptional Project Coordinator to assist our Construction Team and Project Managers. The Project Coordinator will provide administrative support to the development team, assist in managing projects, organize and maintain documentation, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure smooth operation of the development department.

Job Duties/Essential Functions:
  • Support project managers, construction managers, and field superintendents in administrative duties.
  • Contract Administration: Preparation and processing of subcontracts, agreements, change orders, internal work orders, exhibits, and plan lists.
  • Processing of invoices for approval.
  • Construction Administration: Creation and processing of meeting notes, RFIs (Request for Information), submittals, and closeout documents.
  • Permit Processing: Dropping-off plans, coordination with plan checkers, and pulling of permits.
  • Preconstruction: Completion of quantity take-offs, solicitation of vendor proposals, and creation of bid books.
  • Document Control: Creation of job folders, filing and organizing of project documentation, and distribution of project documentation to proper stakeholders.
  • Conducting research on relevant projects or initiatives.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:
  • AutoCAD experience preferred
  • Desire to be part of a cohesive, fast-paced, dynamic team.
  • Willingness to work hard and learn.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong ability to use Microsoft Office 365 Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Basic understanding of construction terminology and contract administration
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills
