The JOH finance department is a full-featured in-house accounting, finance, and payroll operation. The department handles all aspects of accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, financial reporting, payroll, benefit plans and tax plans. We are recruiting for a full-time Accounting/Finance Clerk.

This full-time, entry-level position may be exposed to all duties of the finance department but will focus on daily accounts payable responsibilities, periodic accounts receivables and general ledger tasks, and general bookkeeping and office jobs as necessary.

Responsibilities:
  • Enter transactions, create and run reports in accounting system (Microsoft Dynamics GP)
  • Process and pay employee expense reimbursements
  • Maintain employee expense report files
  • Service as point of contact for accounts payable related questions
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable
  • Create and post general ledger entries
  • Assist with month-end accounting procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Knowledge of GAAP
  • Intermediate or better Excel skills
  • Microsoft Office (Work, Outlook, Excel)
  • Keyboard speed and accuracy
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP
  • Fluent English 9speaking, reading, writing)
