The ideal candidate will possess an active Property and Casualty license and have experience in the insurance industry. This role is crucial in supporting our daily operations and providing excellent service to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and processing insurance documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support to clients regarding their insurance policies.
- Process and manage insurance applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all state and federal insurance regulations.
- Support agents and other office staff with various tasks as needed.
- Handle policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims processing.
**Qualifications:**
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license is **required**.
- Prior experience in an administrative role within an insurance office is **preferred**.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with insurance management software is a plus.
