Position Summary

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative , you will play a pivotal role in our commitment to service and professionalism. Our ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to clients, answer inquiries, and contribute to our team-oriented, collaborative environment in a small but vibrant office setting.

Responsibilities
  • Service all in-bound client inquiries for new and/or existing clients - including Payments, Renewals, Cancellations, Endorsements, and Rewrites.
  • Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policy , analyze insurance program and suggest additions or changes.
  • Use exceptional relationship-building skills to establish trust with clients and maintain retention and product loyalty.
  • Follow-up on leads generated from inbound calls, and non-renewal leads
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions especially if quoting or rewriting.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding policy questions, changes, billing, and updates. Issue Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
  • Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns to ensure retention standards.

Qualifications
  • Must have Florida 4-40 License.
  • 1+ year in insurance industry is required.
