The Outsourcing Project Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing outsourced projects, with a strong emphasis on contract management, compliance, and vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management:
Develop, review, and negotiate outsourcing contracts to ensure clarity, fairness, and alignment with company objectives.
Ensure all contract terms are met by both the company and the outsourcing partner.
Address any contract disputes or issues promptly and effectively.
Vendor Selection and Management:
Identify, evaluate, and select outsourcing vendors based on project requirements and company criteria.
Establish and manage relationships with external vendors, including setting expectations, performance metrics, and deliverables.
Conduct regular performance reviews and audits to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Project Planning and Execution:
Create and manage project plans that include timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as needed to address any issues or deviations from the plan.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all outsourced services comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
Implement quality assurance processes to monitor vendor performance and adherence to contract specifications.
Address and resolve any quality issues or non-compliance matters promptly.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks related to outsourcing projects and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
Maintain contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges or changes in project scope.
Financial Management:
Prepare and manage project budgets, including monitoring expenditures and ensuring cost control.
Review and approve invoices from vendors, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contract terms.

Communication and Reporting:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all contractual and operational issues related to outsourced projects.
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status, performance metrics, and any contract-related issues.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Project Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on contract management and vendor relations.
Proven track record in managing outsourcing projects and negotiating contracts.
Strong knowledge of contract law, compliance requirements, and best practices in outsourcing.
