As the Change Management & Internal Communications Analyst, you will lead, participate in and execute communications and organizational change management (OCM) related projects of moderate to high complexity. You will develop, implement, and administer communication and OCM strategies to inform, educate and engage staff for Treasury Services. Your responsibilities will cover internal communications and OCM, project support, and engagement. You will lead and collaborate with department leadership on planning and executing on annual strategic planning, monthly and quarterly reporting, and enhancing employee engagement practices via surveys, feedback sessions, transparency, and accountability.
This position is considered advanced level and performs work of moderate to high complexity. You will work under general supervision and may lead some efforts autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the division with communications, change management, strategic planning and related reporting, employee engagement action plans and more.

  • Engage and collaborate with people leaders in the division to understand their needs.

  • Identify and develop OCM strategies to bring employees along on upcoming technological and process changes.

  • Analyze information and supports development of action plans to advance the department’s culture and employee engagement efforts.

  • Strategize, write, and edit content for the department’s communications channels and oversee content on all relevant intranets and platforms.

  • Execute the business unit communications strategy which includes:

    • Managing the business unit messaging, and narrative

    • SharePoint creation and updates

    • Newsletters

    • Ghostwriting

    • Editorial reviews

    • Business unit surveys



  • Help maintain and improve our SharePoint sites, division calendar, and ongoing weekly and monthly communication channels.

Job Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of higher education and/or experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, journalism, communications or a related field, preferred.

  • 3 years of direct work-related experience or equivalent combination of related higher education and experience. (For Level III: Must have 5 years of direct work-related experience or equivalent combination of related higher education and experience.)

  • Sound business judgment and independent decision-making skills.

  • Excellent time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style.

  • Highly collaborative, organized and passionate about change. We work closely as a team supporting our division goals.

  • Must be willing to complete Prosci OCM certification if not already certified.

  • Previous experience applying change management principles to projects a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products like Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SharePoint a plus.

  • A U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident alien with at least three years of legal residency in any visa category.

Additional Information:

 

*Salary range is $64,100-$80,159-$96,200 (For Level III: $78,300-$97,830-$117,400.) Salary offer will be based on qualifications/experience of the candidate, alignment with market data, the needs of the position, our total compensation package, and internal equity.
