Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant at SBI Equity Group in New City, NY. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the executive team. The role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Excel and Numbers Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Numbers, including experience with formulas, data entry, and financial tracking.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, ensuring projects and tasks are completed on time.

Qualifications
Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, Expense Reports, and Executive Support
Strong Communication and Administrative Assistance skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
