Overview: DCT is looking to hire an Admin Assistant / Executive Assistant. DCT is an energy conservation business specializing in electric motor controls. We also operate a UL508a Control Panel Shop at our facility. DCT is looking for a talented and organized person who is looking for a fast pace and rapidly growing opportunity. This position will be involved in almost every part of the process and help build the foundation for a great company working directly with the President.
Role: • Calendar management (outlook) • Help with new custom opportunities and projects • Managing emails • Composing and preparing communications • Meeting Prep • Communication link for clients and other team members • Assist in development of marketing/ sales plans • Brainstorming and business/ process improvement and implementation. • Other things as they come up
Requirements: • Positive attitude • Get things done attitude • Organized, well-spoken and well written • Incredibly detail oriented • 3-5 years of experience • Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft office • Strong time management skills
