Essent Guaranty is in need of a Recording Specialist for a subsidiary of ours out of Coraopolis, PA.
The Recording Specialist with be responsible for reviewing executed recordings and loan documents for accuracy of execution, verify the lender instructions were followed and that county signing requirement have been met.
Qualifications for the Recording Specialist:
2-4 years of experience as a Recording specialist
Ability to read and interpret documents such as title commitment, lender's instructions, purchase contracts and other related documents required to verify the lender's closing requirement have been met.
Responsibilities for the Recording Specialist:
Review all executed recording documents for accuracy
