Responsibilities:
As a Intern Creator, you'll have the opportunity to:
Video Editing: Work on editing video content produced in-house, including 2-3 videos per week.
Production Assistance: Assist in various aspects of larger production sets.
Motion Graphics: Explore different styles and techniques, including designing motion graphic elements.
Content Deployment: Help deploy content on behalf of our clients on platforms like YouTube and social media.
Bonus Responsibilities:
Depending on your capabilities and interests, you may also get involved in:
Technical Expertise: Finalizing technical aspects, such as correcting faulty footage, color grading, adding special effects, and mastering audio.
Creative Concepting: Participating in creative concepting, ideation, and scriptwriting.
Quality Control: Overseeing the quality and progress of audio and video engineering and editing.
Graphic Design: Experimenting with graphic elements and writing voiceover/commentary.
Music Selection: Suggesting or selecting music that enhances the video content.
Brand Content Creation: Contributing to on-brand content, such as Snack Media Podcasts and video shorts.
Skillset: Not Required
Candidates with the following technical skills and qualities are a plus:
Proficiency in video editing software, especially DaVinci Resolve.
Familiarity with After Effects for motion graphics.
A strong eye for video editing, transforming raw footage into exceptional videos.
Deep understanding of design trends and basic design principles.
A keen sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
Willingness to work on video edits that may not be your personal favorites.
