Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Self-Storage Customer Service Manager at WCC, INC. in Irvine, CA. The role involves overseeing customer service operations, signing up new members, invoicing, and rental agreements, managing inquiries and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with other departments to provide excellent service.
