Environmental Project Engineer

The KPRG and Associates, Inc. Brookfield, Wisconsin office is seeking a qualified environmental engineer with 4+ years of experience with an engineering degree in environmental engineering or civil engineering with interest in environmental applications.

The career position is to apply both intellectual skills with environmental field methods and applications to evaluate and remediate industrial environmental impacts. This position requires a blend of field work and office work with private industrial clients. Professional Engineer credential aplus.  KPRG is a private corporation who holds a strong commercial and industrial market base requiring technical environmental consultation and remedial related services.

Salary is commensurate with experience. Health and retirement benefits included with compensation.

Applicants should have familiarity and/or experience in the following tasks:

• Computer skills, including Word and Excel and familiarity with
• 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER Qualifications, a
• Determining the size of pumps and associated piping based on a given flow
• Familiar with estimating construction
• Determining excavation
• Familiarity with creating and revising topographic
• Estimating cut/fill quantities associated with site
• Determining storm water runoff quantities and familiarity with erosion control and storm water best management
• Familiarity with  landfill  construction  and  landfill  covers,  including  knowledge  of geotechnical
• Execution of regulatory permit applications

Strong written and verbal skills and an ability to work with other professional team members a must.
