Our Health Screening Coordinator will:

• Promote Wellness Strategies

•Ensure all phases of the screening program is delivered in the highest quality with the most efficiency as possible

• Engage leaders in data driven decision making regarding support of their employees.

• Support wellness champion network including different levels of employer leadership and employees from the worksite

• Assist onsite team in the development of a comprehensive plan to close medical related gaps in care

• Collaborate in development and delivery of promotion campaign including health awareness seminars, newsletters, posters, emails, raffles, reminders, etc. and distribution to local leaders and resource centers.

• Facilitate Group Wellness Campaigns including walking groups, weight lost support groups, etc.

• Assist Customer with coordination of Wellness Events/Fairs

• Connect Customers with wellness education and resources.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 or more years of work experience, ideally in health and wellness field

• Bachelor's degree in a health education, health promotion or health-related field.

• Health Promotion experience preferred

• Current ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED Certification

• High energy level, with dynamic presentation skills is required, including large groups.

• Positive role model in demonstrating healthy behaviors

• Passion for health improvement

• Self-starter and ability to work independently

• Customer-centric focus

• Ability to proactively collaborate professionally with the client and other matrix partners.

Bonus points for :

• Master's degree

• CHES (Certified Health Education Specialist)

• Motivational interviewing training/experience.

This role will be based full time in the office in Bath Maine.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
