What you'll do:
Install, troubleshoot, repair, modify and perform preventative maintenance on all hydraulic systems, electrical units, controls, components, and related wiring with adherence to all safety regulations
Perform work requiring extensive knowledge of electrical schematics, including electronic theory and principles
Recognize and react to process problems in a timely matter to minimize non-conformances
Maintain inventory of critical parts and motors, advising management of purchasing requirements
Moving and installing existing or new equipment
Perform tooling maintenance
Perform preventive/routine maintenance on compressors, fork trucks, oilers, and filters
Repair and troubleshoot 3 phase 480v and PLC and instrumentation controls.

What you'll need to have:
Knowledge to maintain and troubleshoot process/plant equipment in an injection and/or compression molding facility required
Experience working on Husky, Kraus Maffei and Nissei molding machines preferred
Semi-skilled in: work as machinist, electrician, HVAC technician, welding, plumbing preferred
Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, schematics and drawings, handbooks, specifications, equipment manuals, parts lists and other written materials
Good trouble shooting skills, ability to diagnose and complete repairs in emergencies
Ability to take direction as well as be self-motivated and work alone under high-pressure situations
Flexible to work weekends and overtime as needed
Must possess attention to detail and be able to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.
Knowledge of basic computer skills.
